• Experience with motorized equipment preferred
• Comfortable operating Jet Skis and small boats
• Excellent customer service skills
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-focused
• Positive attitude and team player

This is not a desk job. You will be in the sun, in the sand, and in the water.

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized team member to join our team inside a hotel in Boca Raton.

This is primarily a desk position inside our office and small retail shop located within the hotel. The role includes handling reservations, answering phones, assisting guests with information, and helping manage our small store. Occasionally, you may assist at our beach booth during busy periods.

Responsibilities:
• Answering phones and responding to guest inquiries
• Booking and managing reservations
• Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Assisting with retail sales in our small shop
• Occasionally helping at our beach booth when needed

Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional and friendly phone manner
• Basic computer skills
• Organized and dependable
• Ability to work some weekdays and part-time on weekends
